Barcelona have won the battle for Osasuna whizkid Iker San Vicente.
Sport says Barca are taking the midfielder, 16, on a free transfer and he will join the Juvenil B squad of coach Denis Silva.
Barca had offered to pay a nominal fee in compensation, but Osasuna refused, instead pushing for San Vicente to re-sign before isolating him from his youth teammates when it become clear he would not.
Barca are pleased with the deal as coaching staff rate San Vicente in the same class as Eric Garcia, who left earlier this year for Manchester City.
Real Madrid and Juventus had also been in contact with San Vicente, but he chose Barca.
