Brazilian Legend Rivaldo heaped praises on Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi for their consistency over the years but he questioned the quality of other players in this present day era, according to report.
The Barcelona legend is of the opinion that there are no many good players around in this era, he had it been he is still playing active football and it happens to be this era he would have won more than one Ballon d’Or, according to Marca.
"In my time we had many great players," he said at a promotional event at the Camp Nou,
"Myself, Figo, Totti, Del Piero...
"If I were playing today, I would have won more than one Ballon d'Or.
"That Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi have so many shows that the other players are not so good.
"That they score more goals than games indicates that things are not right.
"I really like both, but I think it's a sign of that things are not right in La Liga.
"Talk is only about them and a little bit about Neymar, so clearly there are not as many quality players as before.
