Sunday's meeting will see Levante give Barcelona a guard of honour as La Liga champions, but after the first whistle blows it will be all about becoming the first team to beat the Catalans this season.
Throughout the week in training, Paco Lopez has been working on getting his side fully prepared to do just that.
Saturday's session was the last of the week and took place at the Estadio Ciutat de Valencia as Lopez encouraged the team to move forward in lines as the opposition got the ball to cut out passing options.
Equally, he encouraged the side to drop deep as a unit and attack on the counter down both flanks, preferably that of in form Jose Luis Morales.
Such a style has become key to Lopez's turnaround since taking over in March and he has recorded seven wins, a draw and just one defeat since.
The session was attended by 50 fans, who also caught Lopez having an intense one on one chat with forward Roger Marti.
