Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta believes Neymar could go to Real Madrid. But unlike Lionel Messi, Iniesta was not as unhappy with the idea.
Speaking to RAC1, Iniesta said: "Neymar is one of the most important players in current football and if Madrid had him that would be good for them because he's one of the ones who can unbalance teams, but I don't think Barca should go crazy if that was the situation."
Messi said recently in an interview with TyC Sports that "it would be terrible" if Neymar went to Real Madrid, "for what Ney mans to Barca, he won important titles, it would be a very big blow for us."
Iniesta also hailed Lionel Messi as football's indisputable No 1 star.
"He's the best I have seen," on a football pitch, explained Iniesta, "there's nobody else like him".
Iniesta did not want to get involved in a debate over Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, of Real Madrid, with both on five Ballon d'Ors.
"Prizes are not football, they are part of football."
For Iniesta, the Ballon d'Or is a result of "people who vote and judge, and it's a very nice prize that whoever wins likes to have, but it doesn't have much to do (with who is the best)."
